This September 20th at the Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts, the Heartland Jazz Orchestra will be joining the Chuchito Valdés Cuban Quartet to perform selections by Chuchito’s late grandfather “Bebo” Valdés, many that have never been recorded with a large jazz ensemble if at all.
